Urban Pops popsicles were created by a mother in Brooklyn, N.Y., who started the business by selling to friends and neighbors, and has since expanded to other areas in New York City and one retailer in northern New Jersey. Despite its success the company still doesn’t have a dedicated website, instead communicating through Instagram and Facebook, with online ordering taken care of by a delivery service.
The popsicles come in a variety of flavors, with cookie dough, cookies ’n cream and s’mores the biggest favorites, but more unique flavors like baked apples with brown sugar and granola also available. The pops are kosher and all-natural, and through working with caterers they have appeared as far away as Miami and Chicago, reports Jewish Link. Full Story
