Tuesday, Oct. 14 marks the official grand reopening of Crumbs Bake Shop in New York City. The business will relaunch with a revamped menu and diverse offerings as part of plans from new owners Marcus Lemonis, who rescued the business from bankruptcy last July, and Fischer Enterprises. Cupcakes will still be on the menu, along with an array of new products, such as cookies, ice cream, chocolate bars, and gluten-free offerings. “We’ll be leveraging collaborations between Crumbs and other companies in my portfolio in the coming months to introduce a wide variety of treats that consumers across the country will have access to,” says Lemonis.
Crumbs is concurrently relaunching its website with a new online ordering feature. Another 25 locations will reopen over the next 30 days with an emphasis on metro areas including Boston; Chicago; Los Angeles; Newark, Del.; and Washington, D.C. Store reopenings will be announced in the coming weeks online and via social media.
