Patti Jones has been awarded a Blue Ribbon for Zucchini Chips
“These zucchini chips are soft inside with a crunchy outside. It’s a very savory side dish. Since these are baked, not fried, and lightly seasoned, you taste the sweetness of the zucchini. We love the salty taste from the Parmesan cheese. This is a great summertime side dish. But, they’d make a nice snack too.”
